Credit-cards

Our online shop accepts major credit-cards: Visa, Carte Bleue, MasterCard, and EuroCard.

In order to ensure a total security and confidentiality for the transaction process, Longcat uses the normalized SSL protocol and the securized online payment system e-transaction from our bank, the Crédit Agricole.

When you choose the the credit-card payment mode, you'll be redirected to the e-transaction securized server, where you'll be asked your credit-card info. This information is encrypted when you type then and are not saved on our server. We are not communicated the credit-card information and it is automatically destroyed after the transaction is completed. Hence your credit-card information will be mandatory for any new transaction.

After the validation of you payment, your order is automatically validated and you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Your order is then processed and sent to you as soon as possible. You may follow in real time your order status using your personal webstore account.

Credit card payment operations are issued in a secure SSL zone, your browser must support 128 bits SSL.

Bank transfer or check

You can use bank transfer or check as well, while specifying your order number in your bank transfer info or on the back of your check. Please note that this payment mode implies a manual processing of your order that may delay the shipping of your license.
