What products are eligible to Educational discounts?
The following products are eligible: AudioStage (Stereo, Surround, Unlimited) and SoundPack for Virtools.
H3D EDU can only be sold in multiple EDU licenses packs.
Who is eligible to Educational licenses ?
Educational licenses are for audio students, teachers, schools and universities only. A proof of status has to be sent to Longcat before ordering Educational licenses.
What does the Education status mean on Longcat's online shop ?
An account gets the Education status when we received proofs of eligibility for this account. The Education status allows to get access to educational rebates (up to 50% discounts) and gives access to the EDU license packs.
How to order an Educational license for a school or a faculty ?
If you act on behalf of a school or faculty, you can order online while benefiting from special educational discounts:
- Create your Longcat's online shop user account normally.
- Fill-in the EDU form and sent it to us with all information required.
- Upon reception, we will give your account the Education status.
- You can now order online while benefiting from Edu discounts
If you wish to order using other means, you can also send us an official purchase order.
How to order an Educational license as a student or teacher ?
If you are a student or a teacher and wish to order a license for your private use, you may order online while benefiting from special educational discounts:
- Create your Longcat's online shop user account normally.
- Send us any acceptable form of academic ID. Provide one of the following with your order: dated faculty ID card, or a recent faculty/staff pay stub.
- Fill-in the EDU form and sent it to us with all information required.
- Upon reception, we will give your account the Education status.
- You can now order online while benefiting from Edu discounts
What is an Educational license pack ?
AudioStage and H3D licenses are also available as EDU license packs that can be used simultaneously on 5 to 10 networked computers. Educational packs are only for schools and faculties.
